MY COACHING METHOD

  • REFLECT

    First you learn how to deepen your self-awareness. Although we live in our bodies, we are not always aware of our bodies. You can nurture current skills to improve reflection on on your past, present, and future. The first step is key to feeling grounded and motivated as you begin a holistic wellness journey.

  • PRACTICE

    It all continues by implementing the practices that will bring the lifestyle, rooted in wellness, that you seek. Identify current patterns of behavior and set goals for growth. Decompose the parts of your being that no longer serve your highest good. In this stage you begin to practice goals so they become routine.

  • EMBODY

    Embodiment is the cycle of life where you habitually engage in your wellness practices (and actually enjoy it). You begin to experience the benefits of practicing new routines, integrating important lessons, or another reason entirely. In this stage you continue evaluating your wellness progress and make adjustments when needed.
